Tint Shack Customer Reviews

Don’t ever use these people. They cut the leather in my new car , then never paid to fix it and dodged all my phone calls. One star is too many. Her tint work was uneven and scratched all over. Terrible workmanship and unprofessional. Should be out of business

Tinted the two front windows on my Explorer. Passenger window is messed up. Tint messed up at the bottom. I contacted her because she claims it has a lifetime warranty. She first said she had to order more tint. Then said her Dad was in the hospital. Excuse after excuse. She still has not fixed the sloppy work. I wouldn't reccomend. Poor job and zero accountability.

Do not get your tint done here! Each window has uneven lines, lint EVERYWHERE in every window except for the windshield strip. She over uses the heat gun to try to fix bad cuts which shattered my back window. Took a week to fix since she ordered the wrong glass. Your experience may be different but I go to another tint shop.

First of all the place looks like a dump. The font in the front should show you enough that they have no artist vision. The font looks Chines style in English, and it's just scattered everywhere. When I went inside there were a broken table, they had some violent tv show on, and 2 bibles on th table, so I'm guessing they are using religion to get business. Pieces of paper were hung up with misspelled words, and text jargon's. It was about their security cameras and its more insulting and rude rather that informative. They could have at least typed and printed it, but what do you expect from professionals. . if you think the hung up pieces of paper with misspelled words written in maker is a good business strategy then there is a problem. When I got there I literally waited for 40 min in the front office, and almost dozed off on the couch. The did have a comfy couch, I'll give them credit for that. I seen a worker come out with half of his pants leg missing ,and I could see his boxers. His tattoo's on his arms looked ragged, and he smelled like pot. I asked if someone could help me but he said his boss is out and will back shortly. I've been waiting over 40 minutes, now I have to wait longer. I just want decals and tint done for my wife's care before she gets off work. He finally comes in, he has food in his mouth and a bag of food, sits it on his desk and finally asks me what I need. When I was telling him what I needed some blonde haired lady that was with him kept giving me the stick eye. She wouldn't' stop staring at me. She finally sat down and I continued to talk to the guy. His prices were outrageous and when I mentioned I didn't want to go to Jackson where its a little cheaper the women interrupted and said "it's still open if you want to go there". I laughed it off, but changed my mind and got it done in Jackson at Precision Tint with no hassle. The guy even cut me a deal when I told him about the place and said thats all he hears about is bad reviews from there, which I heard the same before I went, but I rarely takes anyone's word on things like that, but now i changed my mind. A week later my friend said he got his Tint done at the Tint Shack and said the tint had bubbles still on it and and wasn't cut correctly. He said they acted unprofessional when I complained and denied everything and wouldn't give me the opportunity to come back and let them know what I have found. Sounds like they need a new Tint guy and a professional Graphic Designer, not some off the streets idiot. What do you expect from a place called a Tint "Shack"
