RV MOBILE REPAIR

First reached out to RV Mobile on September 4th. Brian was quick to respond and came out that day. HOWEVER....the problem with my refrigerator has still not been fixed as of today 01/28/25! My wife called another RV repair service who is taking over this business's poor communication issues and inability to get the job done! Think twice before you call RV Mobile!!!!

I usually don’t write google reviews but I had to for Brian. Brian was excellent in communication, speed, knowledge, and most importantly, professionalism. Always quick to respond and came out right to my home to service my vehicle! Very friendly and allows you to be a part of the repair process, unlike most mechanics/electricians. Brian helped me wire up my entire solar system for my RV, so he not only knows electric, but also solar wiring which is rare around here. He was a pleasure to work with and hope to use his services in the future. 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend.

OH MY, still not repaired (3cf refrigerator in horse trailer with lq) after at least 5 months, as of today 01/26/25. Communication needs great improvements. Brian had taken out heating element and somehow misplaced it?? Note that text was from 01/17/25.

I highly DO NOT recommend Brian! He will easily take your money! Then not bother returning calls about the job he did not do correctly. He came to fix the furnace. Took it home brought it back. Took$500. Fuses still kept blowing. Tried calling him would not call back. Used a heater for the winter. Had another company come out. They found that he didn't connect the ground wire! That could have been a horrific disaster! The only way he called back recently was I told him I was going to take him to court. Then he offered to come back to fix it! Hell no! I hope this helps anyone as to who NOT to get help from

After waking up at 3 in the morning to our camper filled with smoke, we immediately began to look for a 24 hour repair man and found Brian. He answered right away and was able to guide us on what to do until he was able to get there at daylight. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very knowledgeable in how to fix the issue. With this being our first incident, Brian knew what Keystone would need from us and gave us insight on how filing a claim would work. Not only that, but he’s a good person. He took time to check on my wife and I and ask us if we needed anything throughout it all. Our camper would likely not still be standing if Brian had not helped us. While we pray we have no other issues with our camper, we know Brian will be the one we turn to again to help us through.
