Just bought a brand new Jeep, and took it to Tim Short because the alignment was slightly out, pulling to the right. Had an appt for 8am, 2 hours later, they came and said it would be another 4 hrs. Took 6 hours for a 45 minute alignment job. Left and it felt a little off, but I just wanted to go home. Turns out, they aligned it with the steering wheel off center, making it pull hard to the left if you try to drive without it turned to the right. Pulled up the Jeep app and seen that the tech had also been going 82 in a 70 and had multiple hard turns. My husband watched him drive through the parking lot trying to squeal the tired. It is a V6 SUV. Not a sports car. Not his car. It's a brand new car, that was treated poorly and NOT fixed correctly. Took it back the next day, Friday, April 18th. They scheduled a 2nd appt for today. Even after letting the service manager know that we could see the tech dogging on my car, he did it AGAIN. Speeding in the rain, hard turn events, hard braking. Then tried to blame us, saying we knocked the alignment out after he fixed it on Thursday, saying we must have gone through an auto wash. Nope. Hand washed it Friday. Next accusation is that I must have hit a curb, yet there are no marks on the rims, or tires. No accountability, just trying to blame someone else. Again, this is a brand new car that has 500 miles on it. The service manager made even more excuses. Here's to hoping that alignment is correct this time.

Aaron turned what felt like a disaster into a manageable circumstance. I called over the phone about an emergency service and Aaron was able to call and have the parts delivered so that my car was taken care of the following business day, and for less than what the dealership in Lexington were quoting me. As a member of this community in Morehead, I appreciate their dedication to not overcharge and to care about us as people!

Driving along the interstate, our daughter had a splash guard come loose on her Honda, so she pulled off at the next exit, happened to be Tim Short Ford. Mike Folts in service tied it up for her. Very friendly and would not accept any payment. Highly satisfied.
