Honest service We had broke down on interstate which required being tow to this service center (high recommended by tow service company) and I could not be happier. The sales rep (Ryan) called and told me about the codes showing up on our van and all where related to spark plugs so we talked price and how long it would take because we were headed home (about 400 miles to go). I told Ryan to go ahead and do the work and he said he would call when it was done. My family and I walked around a shopping center to pass the time and before the estimated time was up Ryan was calling back to say it was good to come pick up. Once we got to the service center he told me that the tech and written down the codes and cleared them and they didn't immediately pop back up and it wasn't acting up either. The tech was able to live view the engine data and drove it down the road to double check and nothing still. I was super happy to hear this news and see the bill as it was not the amount we first talked about but way less. They were honest and didn't just take my money for nothing or do work what wasn't needed. I drove our van all the way home with no other issues.

These guys really helped me out, My vehicle broke down 200 miles from home in the hotel parking lot across the street. I needed my alternator replaced. They went to the hotel and brought my vehicle to the garage. They had my vehicle in quickly and had me back on the road a lot sooner than I expected. I honestly expected to be taken advantage of when it came to the cost. But it was a reasonable price

My spouse went there to fix her car. She paid $500 for repairs, and when she came to pick up the car, she found out they didn't do half the repairs she was charged for. They fixed the visible issues like the window being stuck, but they didn't fix anything to do with the main issue, which is that the car wouldn't start. They claimed it was running just fine on the phone, but they clearly didn't even try to start it. My spouse had to go back in and ask them to do ALL the repairs she was charged for, and the mechanic who spoke to her had the nerve to ask for $300 more, claiming he discovered another issue. This mechanic admitted that the employees were supposed to check for this issue before quoting the final price, and they didn't. Major Brands didn't offer to refund any of their services for this unacceptable performance. Matter of fact, the employees didn't even offer an APOLOGY, and those are free! Don't bother coming here. They just want to rush you out the door, and they don't care if your car is safe to drive. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

While traveling from WV to TN with my elderly mother with dementia I experienced a flat. Cave Run Motorsports at the next exit recommended Major Brands and aired up my tire to help me make it there. I had aired it up at the gas station off the exit but was loosing air fast. Major Brands staff took excellent care of us and the tire. They made me feel they cared about our situation and got us back on the road in a little over an hour. Thank you Major Brands and sales rep Michael Wood for being hospitable, and professional and providing excellent service!
