Tim's Towing

Anytime I have had a a vehicle towed I have had to prove I owned the vehicle. Unfortunately when this company had to tow my vehicle because of a incident with a non owner and the police, Tim released my vehicle to the driver on the police report. After speaking with Tim about the matter he assured me that this was above board and he did his job. Well after having another vehicle towed and going through a week of proof of ownership I was reminded by this towing company that its very important that the owner take possession of the impounded vehicle when vehicle is released. It's cut and dry and I had no problem paying for the services because I have experienced with Tim, what can happen when a company doesn't cover every base. To this day I never got the vehicle Tim released back from the people who left with it. Tim you don't have to be condescending and reply to me about why such a bad review. You don't even have to tell me how you hope if you ever tow my vehicle again it's not because it was impounded. I read your remarks on the few bad reviews you have gotten over time. This is not personal and it has been a year since this happened so I have given this thought. Maybe this review will help prevent this happening again or make people aware of you best business practices. Called Tim’s Towing because my daughter was going home from work and was stuck in the snow and ice. He called back immediately and offered to tow her out. The price he offered was very reasonable considering the weather in which he would’ve had to work in. My daughter had help from some people in the area she was stuck in, so we didn’t need Tim’s Towing. But, what was so impressive was that he understood and even called back later to make sure his service wasn’t still needed. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend his business to everyone.

Tim was unfriendly walking into his storage building that was the office i walked in and stood there while he was on the computer for ten min and just acted like i wasnt there as soon as he got finished he told his wife he was leaving and still noone asked me what i was there for untill he was gone and his wife asked me could she help me . It was just an unfriendly experience and for the $330 dollars he made to tow my car a quarter. Of a mile and store it for 24 hours it seems like i could at least get fast friendly service i mean come on thats a third of a house payment for ten min of work

I use Tim's towing from time to time to move my mini excavator. He has always professional, always on time, does a great job, and charges a very fair price. I would highly recommend him.
