My experience was great. My Service Writer Ryan gave me a call saying he was at new dealership and understood that it was out of my way to see him but still offered his services. I took the leap of faith and drove out of my way to see Ryan in service. And I mean his customer service was great before but now he seems like a new guy! Ryan is a great guy with excellent customer service and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Ryan, and thank you Tim Moran Chevrolet for bringing Ryan to you guys.

I want to shout out to Tim Moran Chevrolet for helping me get into my dream truck. My sales rep Dakota was amazing. He took the couple days I needed to look at multiple vehicles as I found the right vehicle. I really appreciate how Dakota sent me videos via text of the trucks I liked. He was super sweet and went above and beyond to get me a redbull from the gas station and my dad a mount dew. The sales team behind him was amazing, manager Tony and Dellas , and I everyone else apart of this day was amazing. If you need a vehicle definitely come down to Tim Moran Chevy in Hemet. They treat you like family. I appreciated the upfront straight forward.

We brought our 2019Equinox in for 60,000 mile service and windshield wipers. We came away with a brake job also. We felt everything was handled appropriately. Roger was our service advisor. He was very friendly and helpful. He kept us informed through the day, made sure he had our approval for everything

Tim Morgan, how about a little help? There is 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back. At least the service advisors were nice, but why would the appointment center make so many appointments if they can’t keep on time? I waited for 3 hours for them to not even start my vehicle. I had to ask for it back, unserviced. There was several other customers waiting for 3 hours as well. I even called the appointment center to see if they had more appointments for today… and of course, they did. Clearly over booking, and under performing. I’ve never had this issue until today. Been coming here for years.
