I will never use this company again... They lied to my daughter and myself ... Told her he wouldn't sell her the car she wanted because he wasn't to sure of it and needed to take it for a drive after several days he said he would not sell it to her because he did not know what was wrong with it and did want to sell her a piece of crap... (His words.. not mine) He ended up showing her a car she put 1,000 on... Drove it down 11w to church hill... It was miss firing so she put in all new spark plugs and ignition coil.... Still having trouble with it..took back to Tiger 10 days after purchasing... They said they would have their guy look at it....for the next 3 weeks several calls to them ... They are now demanding first payment of a car they have and will not fix and will not make it right... This man knew my daughter was a struggling single mother of 5, and 2 of the are legally blind... And yet found it so easy to take her for every dime she had.... NOW THATS A RAT

I'm gonna advice EVERYONE who reads this.... STAY CLEAR FROM THIS GUY. If not, you will become a victim like myself and many others. I shud have LISTENED to EVERYONE who told me he's a con artist. I brought my RV in for minor stuff. One being to fix my generator. I have NO IDEA what he did but $1500.00 later and now my RV has a ton of issues. Issues that even the last owner has bills to prove those issues weren't there. In addition he scratched up my RV on the door. SWORE HE CHECKED HIS CAMERAS. Next step is the BBB. Oh Jay, Karma is a bi.tch. You should be investigated and shut down. I'm not done with you yet. I am having someone look over everything. One way or another you will pay. NOTE TO EVERYONE.. THOSE POSITIVE RATINGS ARE PROBABLY FROM PPL HE KNOWS PERSONALLY. Trust me this guy is a fraud.

Terrible service/scam! Our water heater in our travel trailer died. So I called Tiger since they were a mobile repair and we were just passing through. The man on the phone said one of his men would call me. The technician, Darrin, did not call, he just showed up unexpectedly as we were checking other places for repair. He shoved a clipboard at us wanting a signature then looked at the water heater. He said the circuit board was bad. He then charged us $319…..$150 for service call, $140 for labor fees and $29 tax. He said he would call us back that night when he found out about the parts. Next day, we called numerous times but the man on the phone couldn’t reach Darrin. Finally at about 5pm, Darrin called. He had no info about the parts since he gave it to a secretary and that individual didn’t come to work that day. He also said he couldn’t work on the water heater for 2 weeks because he had a lot of work. So I’m out $319 with no help and we are traveling. This place is a scam! Update: a day later(Friday), their office calls saying they have an opening on Monday to fix it and that they have the part. However; I already did an internet search to fix it myself. I ordered a circuit board and told them I won’t need their help. The lady on the phone is being told by a man in the office( who I assume is the boss), that I should have them fix it because I will blow another part in the water heater and that they need to hook-up a computer to “program” the new part. As it turns out from my internet search, there is no computer programming that needs to be done and I eventually discover that the circuit board was fine after all, I simply needed a new Thermal cut-off($10) and repair the electrical connection on the igniter($8) to fix our problem. I don’t trust Tiger Enterprises.

Tigers towing towed one of my vehicles that is in my work fleet because of a family member that ran into some trouble. When Colleen I spoke to Jai and he has been more than helpful and steer in my family member into possible treatment program which is well needed. I highly suggest, and Jay has been wonderful to work with.

I had a water leak under my travel trailer. Called for service and the owner came out same day. Since it was going to a little more involved, he sent his technician out same day to fix it. Both were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business!!
