Please look carefully there own receipt When they said they inspected the passenger side Only, so I replace the lower ball joint my self And the driver side they supposed replaced And was on Waranty, and they charge me again That’s when I’m confronted and I ask for the old part they suppose replaced, and they give me someone alse lower ball joint.

Thrashers did the job that another mechanic shop wasn’t willing to do! Identified the problem and fixed it within 24 hours out the door! Friendly and professional staff! Highly recommend over any other shops in the area!

This guy is exceptional! Four months ago I shared my negative experience here. Long story short, we agreed on changing the timing belt, but he ended up taking the easy way out by taping some wires he suspected to be the culprit and clearing the code manually without even touching the timing belt! It’s like you come out of the operating room just to learn that the surgeon changed his mind and instead of performing the agreed medical operation, just gave you a back rub! Of course the day after the repair, the engine light came back on. I wrote a negative review to criticize the way he is making money and I tried to be as fair as possible despite feeling betrayed. My first sentence was “Very nice and respectful guy, but a stereotypical mechanic”. He responded that my review is fake and he has no idea who I am. That was the end of the story for me, but apparently not for him! Two weeks later he calls me and offers to issue a refund in exchange for not only removing the negative feedback, but turning it into a positive one! I politely declined the offer and ignored his follow up texts that ranged from friendly requests to creepy vague threats. I desperately wanted to find a good, honest mechanic nearby (who doesn’t?!), and was hoping that Tyler would be a decent one, but I am, like many others, certainly disappointed. Unless you’re looking for another stereotypical mechanic with too much time on his hand to go after unhappy customers, then I can’t recommend this place. If you put aside the paid positive reviews, and the ones by actual customers who have commented on Tyler’s social skills rather than evaluating his repair strategies, it becomes very clear what this place is about. Many people would leave a positive review once their car gets fixed but what’s scary about stereotypical mechanics is that what they do to your car during that one little repair will bring you back to them for many follow up “unfortunate” issues that they had “nothing to do with”.

Multiple lights were coming on including my AT oil temp light. I had scheduled an appointment months out with a different mechanic but when I called to confirm they said they never scheduled with me. I was about to move across the state in the next week and needed to get my car in as soon as possible so I began calling as many mechanics in town as I could. As soon as I spoke with Tyler and told him my dilemma he was able to get me in that very same day. He informed me he was pretty bogged down with other jobs but would try to get to my car as soon as he could. He kept it for a few days and ran a diagnostic test on it and found that it is having some transmission problems. He was very honest with me about what it is my car needs and suggested I take it to a transmission shop where they can be better suited to handle the problems with my vehicle. I was very pleased with my experience here.

Worst auto mechanic shop yet! I made an appointment for my car to get looked at, I called for five Fridays in a row to hear no one has looked at my car yet. After 32 days I decided to go up there and talk to someone about them not looking at my car. The lady running the service department told me I could not talk to a mechanic about my car. So I just asked them to give me my keys back so I can go somewhere else. Of course I told them I did not bring anyone to pick the car up with me will be back the next day to get it. So the very next morning they called me and asked me when I would come and get my car out of their parking lot!! Really talk about CustomerService! How rude! I took my car to Pro Tune in Seneca they had it fixed in two days. Thanks Pro Tune better people, better service.
