Thoroughbred Body Shop. I recently took my truck to the body shop to get some work done. Will was the person who helped me through the entire process and I could not be happier. Will and his team did an amazing job at keeping me up to date on the repairs, status of the repairs and when the truck would be ready. Once the truck was ready (as promised) Will walked me through the invoice and all of the work performed and then walked out to the truck with me to go over all the repairs and ensure I was happy with the work. Lastly, the truck was completely spotless inside and out...way cleaner than it was when I brought it in! Thank you Will and the body shop folks for making my truck look amazing! If you need body work done, this is the place to go. Highly recommend this team

Best Nissan dealership in Tucson! Been dealing with them for over 30 years and worth the drive across town for me. Call the service dept and they will actually answer the phone!! I keep my Nissan's for a long time and will be buying the extended warranty for my Frontier through them. I've had Lisa as my service advisor and she is terrific! Thanks guys!!

This is the worse dealership I have ever been to, I can not speak for the sales department etc. but I can only comment on the service department. First and foremost, Lisa does not know how to communicate with customers. I called and asked for an update on my vehicle, and then she tells me sir we have never received your vehicle. How would you feel if you call a Nissan Dealership and ask for an update on your vehicle and the person who answers the phone says they do not know where your vehicle is. She was very rude and unprofessional, and I have seen other reviews referencing the same so it’s not like this is coming from nowhere. After trying to get more information out of her she told me Dell the new employee had made a mistake, and that’s ok mistakes happen but being rude to customers who have done nothing to provoke you or of the sort is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with accordingly. Moving on, I received my vehicle back and did an inspection of the engine bay because if this is the customer service I’m receiving I need to make sure my vehicle has not received the same kind of treatment. I take a look at the air intake the the clamps are loose! I mean so loose that I can literally just move the intake right off! I asked the new employee Dell to come out and have a look at it and all he says is well I think that’s normal. He also says they didn’t touch the intake. I asked who told them that and if he was with the tech when he has working with the vehicle and he told me no. You’re not going to know if the intake was touched because you weren't there nor did you communicate with the technician. The proper course of action would be to ask the technician if he had removed the intake for the diagnostic that he performed but he refused to do that. He turned a 5 minutes of asking the tech to tighten what was loose into a whole ordeal. I’m the customer and I’m paying for the service and this is how I am treated, it’s a disgrace honestly. I expected more, but maybe it’s because it’s family owner or that they just hire anyone off the street. Fair warning to anyone who comes across the service department, be wary of Dell and Lisa!

I brought my 2017 frontier for a simple oil change with No tire rotation on 4/10/2025 at Approximately 4:00 pm The service was completed in about 45 minutes The next day i noticed fresh oil on the ground under my truck. I drove back to the dealership 9 miles each way for me. Turns out the technician the day before had spilled some oil on the skid plate under the engine. Not the end of the world however when I bring my truck into Thoroughbred Nissan I expect the job to be done right the first time. The service advisor basically blew it off and said sorry you had to come back down with no offer of Compensation for my time and hassle

Took my Altima in on the 21st for p0448 code, got charged 360 for 2 hours of labor to install a hundred dollar part. Now I get another a trip back to diagnose check engine light 3 days later for the same code. I'll go to get it fixed this time but that's the last time using them. I'll stick with the local non branded shops. Edited: new problem is now 1200 extra for a now clogged charcoal filter and canister. Not gonna have a shop fix it if I have no trust in them. Have been encouraged to not come back per Caleb as of Monday. The multiple issues were never discussed on Saturday only what was stated in my edited review. This will be my final update beware this is only my experience they may not nickel and dime you. Best of luck choosing shops.
