Worked with Gary Koch on finding a Lexus GX, even though i didn’t end up purchasing the car through him due to the very small amount of production on the car and nearly impossible to get one, i was able to land a gx550 premium plus. Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was honest and upfront from the start and did his due diligence to help assist me in finding the exact car i wanted. He truly cared about my experience and process even after him knowing i found one he still communicated with me and wasn’t dismissive. in such a tough and competitive business that showed such great character and passion on his end. Thompson's Lexus Center in Willow Grove I recently had a very disappointing experience with Thompson's Lexus Center in Willow Grove. I had made a reservation for a vehicle as part of their Lexus Reserve Program, expecting a smooth and professional service. However, my experience was far from it. When I called to confirm my reservation, I was transferred to the service manager, Mark. Right from the start, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they only have one vehicle available for the program, and it had already been reserved. I tried to be flexible and asked if I could pick up another car on a different day, but Mark bluntly refused, stating that the one car they have is reserved until the end of the year. What made matters worse was the way he spoke to me—it felt like he was discriminating against me for reasons I cannot comprehend. His tone was condescending, and his unwillingness to provide any alternative solutions was frustrating. This is not the kind of service I expected from a brand like Lexus, known for its customer care and quality. I hope the management at Thompson's Lexus Center takes note of this and addresses the behavior of their staff. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before considering their services again. He actually went ahead and cancelled my reservation

This is a state of the art service center. Super clean with all the amenities (refreshments not available currently). It all comes at a cost, however. Oil changes at $85 etc. The free inspections and maintenance are a bit of a shell game when they start recommending add on services which will break the bank.

OK Thompson ,you blew me away with the great valet service. Didn't think you'd come all the way into Philadelphia to my job ,but you did. Wish I could buy a second car right now ! And the elderly valet guy was excellent. Wish I had a tip for his great spirit.

Had software glitch with my car. Without an appointment, they send towtruck. 2 days were running tests while provided me with rental....all for 0 dollars charge at the end.
