Service was top notch! He was professional, quick, helpful, and had kept communication with me. I needed a tow, and the first company that was dispatched through my insurance company never showed. Tiktok Towing was dispatched and he arrived within 30 minutes! I will recommend this towing company to anyone and everyone!

This company was contacted by my insurance co. State Farm, I received a text stating they would be at my residence in 60- to 90, that time went by so I called and was told they apologize for the delay and the eta would be 20 mins, an hour goes by still no TikTok towing service so I called back and they would not answer the phone, I should have known this company was unprofessional the man answered the phone and said hello, so State Farm tried to contact them, no answer, they did not have the decency to call me back to tell me they could come out, the worse service ever.
