Customer Service was great. However. prior to me dropping my car off due to damage from a recent accident, which my car is only a year old, I just recently had my car detailed, once repairs were completed and ready for pick up, my car was returned to me extremely dirty, dirt and dust on the front mats, doors, dash boards, tires and inside door frames. My husband and I had to spend more time and money cleaning my car since once we returned home, your shop was closed. I called the very next morning, your company did apologized and offered to send me a check ($275) to have my car detailed again. However, I never received the check. I will call or visit this shop again soon to find out as to why this check wasn’t received.

I was able to get my car in for repairs in a timely manner. The front office staff was very very helpful and friendly. Everything went smoothly between getting the car in, getting a rental and return of the rental. I think my car was cleaner coming out than going in. Great Job!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

This body shop did amazing job on my car they were great friendly Conveintly put me in a rental car Great service very nice people the front desk girl Grace who did my my estimate is great walk me through the process and updated while my vehicle was done. Daniel is also amazing My insurance reccomond to this body shop. I will defintly let everyone know about this amazing shop. Best body shop in ohio . This was great experince with this body shop.

I had a great experience at car star the front desk ladies are exceptional. I really appreciate the kindness and attention that was shown to me every step of the way. I will definitely use them again if I need any service for my car.

Would not reccomend this shop if your vehicle has a wrap ...had a fender bender my car was wrapped purple .. they intially were having trouble matching the wrap and were only trying to wrap the areas that were damaged but the wrap had blemishes on the other side and i didnt think that would look right ..so i told them if your gonna do that remove the rest of the wrap and give me my car back white ..said they were gonna look at options and get back to me..they got back with me and said they were gonna wrap the whole car .. they didnt wrap the car and charged an additional 2700 dollars ..im a bit lost how the sheet has charges for re wrapping but it wasnt done also charges for lights that i already had for the car ..customer service wasnt bad they were nice and friendly but if your car is custom at all id steer clear ...the body work was good to ..just the extra charges and the whole wrap fiasco wasnt good They also put the wrong mirror on my car that has the blind spot light but my car doesnt have the blind spot feature
