I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. I chose them based on their 4.7-star Google rating and numerous positive reviews, but my visit was far from satisfactory. I brought my car in for alignment and tire balancing, but the process was mismanaged from the start. Without informing me, Pablo took my car to another facility for the alignment while I waited outside, unaware of what was happening. I spent five hours waiting, only to learn later that my car had been taken elsewhere, a fact they were reluctant to disclose. When I inquired about the alignment results, I was only provided with an invoice and charged for a diagnostic fee that wasn’t performed properly. Additionally, the paperwork was handled in a way that concealed the location where the alignment was actually done. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure they fully understand the quality of service they are paying for here. Good luck to Pablo and his team—I hope they improve their practices.

Pablo offered the best deal to my tires replacement among all the tires shop and incredibly friendly to complete my requests of needs. Highly recommended to support him instead of dealerships to save your money!!

Pablo does good and fair work. He also works with Acima to help his customers with upfront cost (YOU NEED TO PAY OFF YOUR LEASE/LOAN IN 3 MONTHS OR LESS AT 0% OTHERWISE THEY WILL HIT YOU WITH BIG FEES). I'm telling you.... if you want an honest hardworking mechanic who isn't trying to maul your wallet then you better call Pablo. This guy is the real deal. He replaced my catalytic converter at a reasonable price last year. I had an oil change at Valvoline and they wanted to do a radiator flush. I told them I got a guy for my primary auto needs. Took it to Pablo and he said I was good still. He then did a quick inspection and helped me get some quality and reasonable tires which I was told needed to be replaced elsewhere. Regardless of who you are, if you are having car trouble, your tight on cash, and you just need the honest truth, call this man.

The first time I came into the shop to fix a flat tire, Pablo just went at it and fix my tires within a few minutes and charged me a good typical price. He was very lax and friendly. The second time I came in for a different tire which could not be fix and he suggested I use my full size spare as my replacement since it still had a lot of tread life left. He sold me a used spare for $35 (originally $45 but he said there were less tread than he thought). I like that he didn't up sale me and was very keen that my beater car did not need a new tire. He didn't charge a tire recycling fee. I told him I had a check engine light and he said he can look at it another day. I put in my car for diagnostic and I think it's in good hands. It is hard to find good people that love what they do and are willing to help.

Had a tire puncture and this was the closest place to go. Went in without an appointment nor a heads-up and they were very busy but once I asked for assistance Pablo the owner didn’t hesitate to help. He told his helper to drop what he was doing and work on my tire. I was in and out PDQ (pretty-damn-quick). I couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed. I just came from the dealership for a service and tire rotation. A 30 minute job that took 4 hours. They didn’t notice the tire puncture. A thousand thanks for your assistance.
