There the worst towing company... they messed up one of our cars and for just 1 overnight we paid over $1,200 to get our vehicles back... we had rented a tow dolly and had a car on it... and they were NOT NICE to help us get it out... we actually had to get it out on such tight spot and they messed up our tires on 1 of our cars too... we DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for sure cause they will steal money from you ... I didn't want to give them any stars

Extortion at its finest. I was lucky enough that I got to my car right when they hooked my front wheel to their truck, I was able to pay the guy 200 cash and they let me off, but once they have your car in their yard it’s pretty much their car, they charge you at least 400 without all the other hidden fees.

We stay in cabin 16. That cabin has a lot of mold and dust on the wall and roof. We had coughing all night. And cabin has no fireplace like shown in pictures. Has timer gas fireplace.

Very rude, lazy, inconsiderate of our time. Didn’t tell me where my car was whole time it was there had to pay more money because of how long they kept my car in there. Had us waiting outside in the hot weather. Very bad service if I can give them a zero rating I would.

Worst Towing place customer service. The woman who answers phone calls is very unprofessional & rude. not helpful at all. Charged us $695 over night. Customer service in person is horrible had us waiting over an hour in the heat. If you use the ATM box to pull out cash they charge you $10. If you pay with Card 4% additional fee. They were careless with our 2022 Corolla & did damage to our vehicle. Of course they will not take responsibility.
