I have been dealing with Shawn and Charlie since they were at the previous location. We had our car at the dealership for our inspection and they told us we needed a new serpentine belt and it was going to be something like $300! I took the car to Shawn for a second opinion. Shawn said that it wouldn't cost that much and on top of that, he said it really didn't need replaced. Just last week my battery died. Before I took it to the Little Garage, I was told that the alternator wasn't charging by a local auto parts dealer. When I took the car to Shawn, he rechecked how the alternator was working. He called and told me that I didn't need a new alternator. This type of honesty and character speaks volumes. This is where you should be taking your vehicle for repairs. Period!
