This shop is EXTREMELY sketchy. Either they have no clue what they're doing or they intentionally scam women. My fiance took her vehicle to this shop for a state inspection and was told she needed both an inner and outer tie rod to pass. She was then quoted over $900 for (what should have been) less than $200 in parts and what SHOULD have been 2 hours labor. (They claimed it was 4 hours and charged almost 200 for ONE part) . I was able to PROPERLY diagnose the vehicle and make the repair (outer tie rod only) in my garage at home in 20 minutes, with no power tools, and for $40. When I personally took the vehicle back and explained my concerns, the manager wouldn't look me in the eye and I can only assume it's because he knew he was not only wrong but also caught. Be careful when dealing with this shop especially if you are a woman.

They overcharge you. They do things to your car you don't need. And if you have any sort of leak, they have 0 idea of how to look or find the leak.

I dropped my car off for an oil change at 7:45 a.m. which I was told would take 30 minutes to an hour. My car was not ready until 10:30 a.m. after having to nag the man at the front desk. He was very kind and admitted that it was a very long time to wait and had no idea what was taking so long. He did give me a slight discount. However, the prices are absolutely outrageous and even with the discounted rate it was still more than I pay at Bianchi and Erie. I will not be coming back.
