Had never purchased a Tesla vehicle before and was a little blown away by the process. Everything is done via the app (already a solar customer), and very distinct between a traditional dealership and interacting with people via text messaging. Had finally decided to order a Model 3 Performance, drove a Long Range AWD Model 3 blown away by the solidity of this over the previous generation vehicle. Very solid, quiet, responsive, and comfortable. Getting over the learning curve and being welcomed by Toni and Aaron they made the eventual delivery of the vehicle great. They are moving locations to their new dealership near Herndon on the other side of town so I’m sure I’ll see when they have a real dealership and not a service center serving as a delivery spot for a vehicle.

I have an appointment for windshield replaced. Toni greeted me and identified herself as somebody from sales department. I told her I was there for service. She said she’ll check me in and asked for my name and phone number and have a seat, somebody from service will be there to follow up on me. After waiting , another sales guy said that I have been checked in and why don’t I test drive a car while waiting. That was 11:30 am. ,I came back at 4 pm thinking it was done.When I asked if my car was done, service said they don’t even have a record of my visit. I told them that I checked in with Toni and through the app. They said that the glass guy was not there today and to leave the car for service tomorrow but they could not give a loaner car. I told them they could have easily informed me through the app if the glass guy was not there and rescheduled me, instead of wasting my day for nothing. They started blaming me for checking in with sales!!! I saw Toni and told her what was happening. She apologized and started working a loaner car for me to use. The guy whose table is just in front of the service dept door came out and started to blame me again for not checking in with them.! I felt like I was being attacked as a customer instead of figuring out why this lapse in internal communication happened! Very bad customer service!

Has been coming twice for same complaints and said "within spec... normal " "wait for it to be become worst and comeback" For the rattling/vibration noise they blame the roads not the car. I told them how come my other 3 cars doesnt have it? Make sense? This service center is a joke Probably just put in those requests for the record, may accumulate and waste time, log the complaints for future reference that no action was taken.

Picked up our vehicle here, and Derek helped me. He went above and beyond in showing me the info I didn't know. I was extremely confused when I arrived and left feeling much more confident because he made the time to help me irrespective of the fact that I was there really late in the day 😁

After a few weeks of bad communications with one particular person from this service center, I dropped off my brand new M3 for 2 minor issues. I was helped right away by Santiago (different guy) and given a loaner while they looked at my issue. They took only a couple hours to fix the issues and let me keep the loaner and come back at my convenience. I was scared at first due to the overwhelming amount of bad reviews but I was impressed. Santiago is very helpful and respectful, unlike the first guy who kept messaging me false information about the loaner. I recommend making the first appointment so that you don’t have to wait for too long to be helped. First appointment I made was at 8am.
