I’ve had the pros at Tanner‘s service center work on my cars for years. So when my 2006 Ford Mustang needed brakes all around, it was a no-brainer. It went into Tanner Service Center, Tanner and the pros did a super job. It breaks smooth and consistent. They did it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Tanner‘s Service Center.

Tanner's Service Center is the only shop we'll take our vehicles to. The owner and staff are very honest and knowledgeable, and will do their best to help in any situation. They'll negotiate with warranty companies, and go the extra mile to do the right thing. They make it convenient, as I can drop my car off the evening before my appointment and they'll look at it the next day. Prices are great for the quality and service you receive. I've been a customer for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this shop for diagnostics by the dealer that I purchased my vehicle from, presumably due to some affiliation that they have with one another. After having my vehicle towed there, they called and informed me that I needed a new engine and starter, which was covered under warranty. After they contacted the warranty company and got approval and pay out for parts and labor, they then contacted me and told me that I needed a catalytic converter and the only one they could find would cost $2,000, & if I did not pay them that they wouldn’t give me a warranty on my engine repairs. Naturally, I questioned why this wasn’t discovered nor mentioned prior to them getting paid for parts and labor that was covered under warranty, when the whole reason my vehicle was towed there was to find out exactly what was wrong with it. I then told them I could’ve exercised other options in getting a FULL diagnosis of repairs needed, & possibly found competitive pricing for parts not covered under warranty. I was basically told “don’t bother, everybody’s just going to tell you the same thing” (laughable). I still said that I needed to make a couple of calls in order to make a more informed decision on how to move forward. Not even five minutes later, they called back to tell me that I was being “lippy”, as if to chastise me like I was a kindergartner. I was told that “obviously you don’t know anything about cars, because we don’t know what’s wrong with it until we take it apart.” After speaking with Alex, the manager at Right Way Auto, he informed me that my powertrain warranty would indeed still be covered under my protection plan through the dealership even if the auto repair shop refused to give one for their work. He then made the call to have them repair the engine and starter under the warranty agreement. A couple of days later I received a call from Tanner letting me know that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was met with flat out rudeness!!! After paying my deductible and getting a receipt for repairs; I was just handed my key, with no explanation of repairs made, no “thank you’s”, or even the location of my vehicle in the parking lot. Because yes I had to go search for it, rather than it being brought to the entrance like it would’ve been had I gotten it repaired ANYWHERE ELSE! My engine light is STILL on in my vehicle, & I truly question the quality of work that was put into repairing it, because I chose to get “lippy”, & dared to question them about the service. I must say I’ve never felt more disrespected, nor treated with so much disdain by bringing a company almost $6,000 worth of business. Smh…NEVER AGAIN!!!

Prompt, courteous, accurate service. Diagnosed and fixed the problem on my 15 year old jeep and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend them and I won’t be going anywhere else for service. Thank you !!
