Paid $400 to find out I had $2,000 worth of work to be done. Why did my whole engine need to be taken apart to do diagnostics? So much focus and talk about “master technicians” took me in. It was $21 dollars for Firestone to look at the car and find the SAME problems. And they have master technicians! I feel taken advantage of as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Beware the “assessment range” cost. Because $400 was the top and $400 is what I was charged. Don’t hope for anything less if you sign that paper. UPDATE: I was not offered my money back like the unhappy customer who left a similar review about this policy only two or three days before mine. To really make this right and fair, please refund those confused by your policy before enacting changes that will make the policy more clear to your customers.

I had a battery replaced. They tested my current battery to confirm that a replacement was needed. They got me in and out on the day I called. The Tamrox facility is clean and comfortable and the personnel I dealt with were friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and let me tell you I have never felt safer. My oil change was done in a timely manner and the tech also inspected my vehicle. I was given honest recommendations about the condition of my vehicle. I will definitely be back for more great service.

First off if you have dealership money to throw at your USED VEHICLES this is your place. Actually the diagnostics that they swilled me into not knowing, was MORE THAN THE DEALERSHIP! Took my vehicle in for ABS lights and the horn, they diagnosing struts, oil leaks.. Nothing I authorized them to diagnosis. I brought the vehicle in for lights on. O'well, I had none of the work done there. They spent $399 of my repair money on diagnostics alone! Turned around and get my brakes done by a Master Mechanic for 1/2 of what they wanted to charge. Do not let them tell you their mechanics have more certification, they don't. Don't let them tell you the parts they use are so much better, they aren't, they are delivered by the same auto parts store any other mechanic uses. Then wanted to hold onto $300 extra for miscellaneous, so they wouldn't have to call me about extras. Bad business, I don't want you just spending my money how you see fit like you did during the diagnostics! Smh If you got $1000's to throw at your USED VEHICLE, this is your place? I will never take another vehicle here. I will also make sure to never refer to them and give my honesty when asked about there service! No wonder there are not many cars in their lot ever being worked on! They definitely are not lining up for this company! Update owner did reach out to me. I feel that was very personable. He did make this right. I really appreciate that!
