I took it there. As I had good luck with them before. This time it was different They looked at it They said it needed a lot of work. They told me they had to order some part. I talked to them on Sunday because I had some questions They told me they had the part. To bring it in on Tuesday They didn't tell anytime that it was to be there on Tuesday So I was going to drop it off after work. When I got home They wanted to know where I was I told them I be there soon. They told me that I was to late I was to be there at 8 am I told. them I wasn't given any time I found another place to take my car

Had my car in last summer We kept telling them it needs struts Keep going around it replacing parts that needed to be done Put struts on it was still knocking strut noises bad Took it back 5 times for them to finally replace them again They use used parts from china They will screw your cars up never go here for anything On top of all that put cv joint on wrong ripping my rim apart Than gave us crap cause they didn’t want to fix it right They need new mechanics that know how to do there job right if they don’t they will kill someone driving a car with bad parts Than told us it’s good to drive no it was not ok to drive ! Manager or corporate needs to look into this and there auto department Before they kill someone

All brakes repaired 2 months ago. The brakes squeal. Took car back in and Blain said the pads need to be "broke in".

If I could give them a zero star rating I would, I was very disappointed on the auto service , called a week ago to make an appointment to get in oil change Saturday morning and the day before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment drove all the way down from Mason to get an oil change and the guy told me that I had no appointment. They lost my money and service. I’ll go else where
