First time me and my girlfriend went here was to get an oil change it was our first time going to this take five or this location they were super helpful informative process was quick and easy had no problems whatsoever and then today I went because I needed inspection unfortunately they couldn't do my inspection today because they lacked the stickers which is fine I completely understand JT and Noah were the ones that helped us they were super helpful they could have just brushed us away and said yeah we're not doing inspections today but they were really informative set and talked with us they were professional gave us water bottles super helpful. customer service like that is what is going to shine and keep me coming back for sure.

They were short staffed as people called out due to the weather but the 2 guys that were working were constantly moving to get things done and with a smile. They didn’t let the staffing problem or the long line of customers affect them. They were still happy with great customer service. They got my inspection done quickly but without making me feel like I was being rushed. They checked on everyone waiting, offering water/juice and fruit snacks while we waited.

Very polite and knowledgeable people. Explained what they were doing and offered different types of oil changes depending on your normal driving habits. Topped off all the fluids and checked the tire pressure and adjusted the pressure if needed. The manager greeted us after the service to ensure all went as expected and if we were satisfied with the service. Highly recommended for a very fast and efficient oil change with polite and knowledgeable staff.

The crew I got this last time was fantastic. There were efficient, courteous, and quick. They walked me through the whole process and let me make informed decisions. I've been coming here for a while for both oil changes and inspections and they've always had my back. No complaints, only praise for this team.

Absolutely amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to be extra helpful. Didn’t feel like they were trying to ‘scam’ me out of money like it can sometimes feel in auto shops—in fact, they gave me a discount on the multiple services I purchased. One of the technicians even told me they were working on a skeleton crew, with a lot less men than usual, and you wouldn’t have guessed it since they were so efficient and thorough. I will absolutely be back in the future and plan to make this location my go-to spot for oil changes/regular maintenance. Thank you, Take 5 team, for making what would have been a normal ole oil change into an experience that was truly quite lovely!

I just moved to NC & had no idea where to take my car for an oil change. The company I've used in Florida for the last six years is not up here.
