Take 5 Oil Change

My oil pan wasn't safely secured and on the highway I went without knowledge the next day. Fear and terror rip through my imagination when I heard my car sound like the engine was locking during rush hour in far left lane. To be stranded on highway I480 after recently visiting a funeral home because of a car accident isn't the most reassuring spirit to start a workday. I would later email the corporate office detailing the experience seeking at the very least an automated reply, but nothing. Be careful what company you put your trust in people they might just put your life in danger without a sense of remorse or care.

The guys were amazing and they got me in and out and we’re very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to get my oil changed. I had a very good experience.

They didn’t offer any discounts I’ve had three cars oils change this year. I went to another shop in Maple Heights they offered better service.

I went to the Garfield Hts location. PJ and Angel worked on my vehicle. They were both very professional and explained everything that needed to be done to my car in addition to my oil being changed. I was confident with what they were telling me and didn't feel pressured like they were trying to rip me off. They are excellent repair men and professional representatives for Take 5!

My visit was accomplished well. My attendant even replaced my cabin filter which had never been done before. He was good at details and overall procedures.

I was greeted by Will. First customer on a Saturday morning. He greeted me with a smile and a water and took me in right away. Throughout my time there he was professional and willing to serve. He explained everything being done and gave his recommendations. He made sure I was aware that I could get my top offs and tire pressure checked in between my oil change dates. It was just a pleasant way to start my busy Saturday. Thanks Will.

I was very happy with my service. There were only two workers, both bays were full & a line of cars behind me. I was there 30 minutes or longer & cars were beginning to leave. I asked the young man servicing my car where was the rest of the help? He just shook his head. They needed two people for each bay. As cars were leaving because of the long wait they lost money. Not smart business.

My experience at that taste was very poor and this is the one on Turney road in Garfield The employees didn't do what was supposed to do as far as check the fluids told me that my fluid was full I live out here I have no windshield washer fluid $89 oil change added up to be $130. So I would suggest that your employees give each customer the total that they would be paying before they do the work So that way a customer won't feel like they've been deceived lied to.
