Tailored Motorsports, located at 8951 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, aiming to provide specialized automotive services to its clientele. For those seeking their services, they can be reached via phone at (513) 777-8677 or on their mobile at +1 513-777-8677.
The environment of Tailored Motorsports, as a specialized automotive shop, would typically include a garage area equipped for various types of vehicle repair, tuning, and potentially custom work. Given the nature of "motorsports" in the name, it might suggest a focus on performance vehicles, classic cars, or more intricate mechanical and electronic adjustments. While explicit details on the customer waiting area or overall facility presentation are not provided, an objective overview based on customer reviews suggests that while the people encountered might be "nice," the operational environment from a customer service perspective has presented significant challenges, particularly concerning communication and transparency. The location on Cincinnati Columbus Rd places it within a commercial corridor, making it accessible to residents of West Chester Township and surrounding areas.
Tailored Motorsports offers a range of services that align with the "Auto Repair Stations" category, with an apparent focus on more specialized or intricate mechanical work. Based on customer experiences, their services include:
- General Automotive Repair: Addressing various mechanical issues, such as window motor repair, setting engine timing, and parking brake adjustments.
- Fuel System Maintenance: Including services like fuel line replacement and fuel filter replacement, as mentioned in a customer's experience.
- Vehicle Tuning: Specifically, a customer inquired about tuning a Fitech system, indicating their capability or advertised capability in engine performance adjustments.
- Front End Component Inspection and Repair: Though a customer reported an issue where a loose front end part was identified but not addressed, indicating a service offered, but with execution issues in this specific instance.
The features of Tailored Motorsports, as derived from customer feedback, present a mixed and challenging picture. One customer described their experience as the "Worst Place Imaginable," highlighting several critical issues:
- Extended Service Duration: A simple repair estimated to take one week reportedly took seven weeks, causing the customer to miss a planned event.
- Lack of Resolution and New Issues: The vehicle was not only unrepaired for its initial issues but developed "more problems" when towed away, including dangerously locked-up rear brakes shortly after leaving the shop. This indicates a serious concern regarding the quality and safety of their work.
- Poor Communication and Incompetence: The customer reported "terrible communication" and "incompetent staff," leading to frustration and a perception that the owner was more interested in profit than proper repairs.
- Excessive Pricing: A charge of $907.00 for 6 feet of fuel line and a fuel filter was considered "crazy on price."
- Unfulfilled Promises and Delay: The tuning service was not completed due to a claimed "slipping supercharger belt" (which the customer stated was false), and the job was delayed due to part sourcing issues.
- Unaddressed Safety Concerns: The customer was allowed to drive out with a "loose front end part" that they had been shown, raising serious safety concerns and a lack of thoroughness in final inspection.
Regarding promotional information, no explicit promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty programs for Tailored Motorsports are evident from the provided customer reviews or general online search results. Businesses with a specialized focus, like "motorsports," often rely on reputation, word-of-mouth, and showcasing expertise to attract customers. However, in this case, the provided customer feedback suggests that their operational practices have severely undermined any potential positive word-of-mouth promotion. The lack of detailed positive reviews that highlight promotions or excellent customer service means any promotional activities would likely be overshadowed by the negative experiences described. For any business operating in the auto repair sector, consistent quality of work, transparent pricing, timely service, and effective communication are inherently the strongest forms of promotion. When these foundational elements are reportedly lacking, as in the critical reviews provided, any formal promotional efforts would struggle to attract or retain customers effectively. Therefore, based on the available information, there are no discernible promotional incentives that customers would be able to leverage or that are actively highlighted by the business in a positive light.

Tailored Motorsports Customer Reviews
Worst Place Imaginable Took my car in on a recommendation. They said it would take 1 week to service my car, plus part ordering time. They took SEVEN weeks. I missed a race in that time period. I had to tow the car away because they couldn't get it fixed. I brought it in with simple issues to be fixed, (window motors, set engine timing, parking brake, etc.) Not only did they not fix it, but when I towed it away, it had more problems than when it came in. Incompetent staff, terrible communication, and an owner more interested in lining his pockets vs fixing cars. I test drove the car tonight to assess the rest of the issues of what I had to fix personally. A simple, small drive around the neighborhood. Nothing too far from home. Within a quarter mile, the rear brakes completely LOCKED UP, almost causing me to wreck. Do not, I repeat, do not take your vehicle into this place. They do not know what they are doing, and they could leave your vehicle in a dangerous condition that could cause loss of life or property damage. It's not worth the risk.

Nice people but crazy on price Called to ask if they could tune a Fitech. The answer was absolutely so I brought my 59 Chevy Apache got a call the next day to come to there shop, when I showed up they showed me a few problems which was great one was a loose front end part but they said before we can tune it we need to replace 6 feet of fuel line and a fuel filter they told me 936.00 to do the fuel line and filter and to tune the truck I didn't want to pay that but had a parade to be in, so I told them if it's done before the parade go ahead and do it then they called me day before the parade and said they didn't get a part so they couldn't get it done but they where about to get started on it.(summit racing gets me any stock items next day every time)so I told them not to do anything I was coming to get it they said ok then 10 minutes later called me back and said, "One of our supplier's might have it in stock do you want to wait, I said sure next call(voicemail) is they had it apart and they can put it back together but they have to charge me for time and material then the next call, I got saying they where finished. When got there they told me they couldn't tune it because my brand new supercharger belt was slipping which was false and they charged me 907.00 for 6ft the fuel line in a fuel filter I get it home and think about the loose front end part that they showed me so I get underneath of it and it was still loose they let me drive out of the garage with loose front end parts. Not happy with the shop. I am a business owner so, I almost didn't leave a review because I know how hard it is to start a business and make it but you have to take care of your customers And try not to let them leave unhappy.

One of the worst experiences that we have ever had with a mechanic with the exception of Aaron Boatwright of FabLab Motorsports in Mason, Ohio. They had our 1978 Corvette for two months and ruined everything that they touch like not putting fluid in the differential. We had driven this car into the shop and 2 months later we had to have the car towed out of the shop because Taylored Motorsports broke the breaks! They refused to give us our car keys without payment. We had to pay this crook’s $4,000 to get our own car back!! To make matters worse their previous business partner Aaron Boatwright promised to make things right after he open his own shop. He promised in front of a friend of ours to fix the damaged car free of charge. Arron Boatwright said that he would charge us for parts only. The set up for the corvette that he recommended was wildly discredited by several lifelong racers. We called and canceled the order and the parts were NEVER delivered. The wheels and tires were unfortunately delivered. I spent two months working with FabLab’s and they other companies to get that refunded minus the restocking fees as the tires and wheels were NEW and never used. Aaron Boatwright decided to only refund us $2,179 of the $6,800 that we paid him for his time. He claimed that it took 40 hours to work on headlights, an emergency break, and windows. By the way none of these items are fixed. Aaron Boatwright stole $8,500.00 form us and our car is still BROKEN!!! Do NOT use these mechanics!!!
