I DON’T RECOMMEND VISITING THIS REPAIR SHOP!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Visited this shop with my truck, changed oil and filters (oil filter and fuel filter), after changing drove 100miles and AFTER 100mils my truck STOPPED at a HIGHWAY. After looking, i discovered that fuel filter was LEAKING (badly fixed). bc of that, Amazon rejected my cargo! I literally lost 2000$ and no one wants to take responsibility!!! they wasted my time and money! so i have a question, when truck inspection demands maintained trucks, why don’t they inspect these repair shops?!? how on earth these shops are certified?!? *unacceptable*

Went in for an APU coolant leak, they claimed they couldn’t find the leaks, as the APU unit is covered in coolant. And truck is dinging saying “low coolant”. All they did was top it off and a small pressure test. Claiming only lost 1lbs. Another guy in the shop was trying to give suggestions on how else to find the leak and he would not listen, instead left me to find the leak while he sat on his phone leaning against the tire. He did nothing but top off coolant. No fixing anything. He then sent me on my way, and when I asked for paperwork for myself and company, they denied me and said “I would have to charge you for that”. The female that stated “I would have to charge you” is Shelby (red dyed hair) The gentlemen that did not want to fix my issues, (didn’t get a name but can describe) wore thick glasses and had a bleach white goatee. My wife was sitting in the lobby in hearing distance of Shelby and said gentlemen, the gentlemen came in and said “I can’t find it and I don’t want to” she stated “rack that money up” he said “I’ll drain the coolant half way and said I found it and then fill it up and send him out” Absolutely ridiculous!

This staff not for service they are lazy and take too long for check cooling leak. They call me go to the door and sat there for 3 hrs nothing happen. Corporate should consider more for customers

Really nice people. Got me in first thing to put 2 new shocks on and force regen. In and out within a few hours, only because my regen took 1hr 10min

Not what truck stops used to be, sadly prolly never will be again. Corporations ruined big truck stops. Truckers are very important to this country and yet they charge 3-4 times for products sold at truck stops taking advantage of the truckers and trucking companies. That’s why there’s trucks parking at Walmart stores , etc. to buy the same things but 4 times cheaper. Truck stops are just legal bullies they should have a watch dog on them at all times but till then truckers will just keep going to any place cheaper than the truck stops to purchase needed supplies.
