NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts of Laramie

Awesome group a people here. Had the part I needed to get me back on the road as I was just passing through and even let me borrow a tool as I didn't have what I needed in my toolkit. Lots of auto places I've been to aren't great to work with, but Brad and these guys were!

Just called customer service is awful.The gentleman that answered the phone was very unwilling to help me ask if I could get a price code.And his response was sure rudely

I have been using this Napa for over 25 years. I have seen it go through good times and bad. That being said the current own and store manager has been extremely helpful with meeting my parts needs. To say that Brad and his crew have gone above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. Thanks for doing what you do for me!

I rarely write reviews, but it is the little things that I was so happy with at this Napa Auto Parts. I live in Southern Colorado and my son broke down 30 miles outside of Laramie. I arrived at the store before they opened and waited for them to open hoping they had the alternator in stock. To my shock, they actually opened a few minutes early! The young man was very helpful and attentive. I purchased my part and was on my way super fast. The part was an exact fit and worked perfectly. I returned the core 2 hours later and a different gentleman helped me and I received the same great service. Great job!

This is the best NAPA I've ever shopped at. All the guys in there are nice, knowledgeable, and the store has a barrage of parts. If they don't have the part, they will get it ASAP. Shopping here makes you feel like part of the community. I would recommend this place over the other parts stores by far.
