Have an open recall on my Ford Escape. Called in about a month and a half ago and they told me they’d have to order the part and it would take 2 weeks to a month for it to come in and they’d call me when they got it in. Fast forward a month and a half still hadn’t received a call back, called them up and they told me no one even ordered the part and that I’d have to come in for them to order it. If you want any form of competency, take your business elsewhere.

Dealership parts dept Dave is excellant . Service dept is average. Speed they are not so good at. The job is typically done right! Seems like they burn their staff out in thos dept. Always different people every oil change(10,000 miles). Cashier is always the same lady.

Never again will I go here for service. They re-scheduled for parts and that was fine. I was told my parts were there and came in for my scheduled appointment. Then I was told they didn't have all the parts but they could do the front brakes. 2 hours later... the mechanic doesn't have the right Alan wrench to take off the calipers and they can't find one even at an auto parts store. I made one call and the auto shop I called had one. Told the shop they could get it there. Then I was told the mechanic was leaving and they wouldn't pick up the tool. I'll never get those 2 hours back in my life. If I could give negative stars I would max it out.

Four days later when I called they repeated the same thing. 28 days later I got my truck back. Just opened up my center console and looks like somebody helped themselves to a winning scratch off.
