Great service at a reasonable price! The mechanic replaced a u joint and a yoke where the truck was broke down and saved me a tow bill. Will definitely call them again when needed! Thanks John for your help in finding the parts and please tell the mechanic great work! He even put new bolts on the other u joint straps that wasn't the issue and greased it for good measure.

Very poor service at a very dishonest price. We were told the service truck would arrive in less than an hour. 2 1/2 hours later the truck showed up. Not one call to say there was a delay. We called twice to find the location of the service truck and were told different reasons for the delay and they would not reveal their actual location. The first call was at 9:30am, after the 16 minutes the mechanic actually worked, the truck was able to leave at 12:30pm. With approximately $20 in parts the invoice was near $450. Not only were we mislead on the charges, we were mislead on the time. I would not recommend this company to even the most desperate. I had to give one star because there wasn't an option to give them less. And now to respond to your reply. We have several trucks that travel the same area and not one of them reported any accident or delay. There was no screaming. You are extremely deceptive, just like you were on the phone stating that rush hour traffic was the reason, and then an accident, and then construction and whatever came to your mind. Don't worry, you will not have to deal with us again. We learned our lesson.
