TAKE A CLOSE LOOK!! No, I didn't bump a curb. I park every time in front of some boxwoods at work, no parking stops involved. This is their crappy paint job on their crappy bumper repair which is already coming apart. This is their single layer of paint over the WRONG PRIMER for a bumper and it's held up for not even 1 year. These pics were taken at 1 year out post accident. See all the grey primer showing through? There's way more now!! The only accident so far & I pick the absolute worst body shop during COVID (2021) because they could get me in for an estimate immediately while everyone else was still 2+ months out. Accident was 20th Sep, 2021. Car went to Superior 3 days after and then to Sisk Honda Dec'21. Then onto Patriot GMC where faulty wiring was finally repaired but at MY expense. Got car back March of '22 so yes, we're a year out from the body work. Car sat for months.. :/ Oh and the part where they take pics & submit an estimate to insurance & start work AFTER you give the go ahead? No, Kimberly & Robert Graham's shop just starts the work immediately, assuming you are going to use them. They had my car in paint before I had even heard from insurance about the estimate & "finished" in 3 days!! Kim then insisted I pay my deductible, $500, even though the car was still not fixed completely, i.e. SRS airbag light still on meaning entire airbag system was still offline. She thought it was okay to let the car go like that & just pocket insurance monies for an incomplete fix! She sent me a certified letter stating she would obtain title for my car & sell it for not paying the $500 deductible before it went to Sisk!! Mind you all this is while she knew full well the car wasn't legally driveable, given the airbag system was still down & hubby, Robert, had left multiple impact sensors unplugged, etc behind the sagging, "repaired" front bumper! Mind you, they evidently got paid to install a brand new bumper but only repaired the existing one, improperly primered it & sprayed it maybe twice tops because this paint layer is thin! Want the full story? Not sure there's time馃ぃ馃ぃ Let's just say it came down to Sisk Honda calling the cops on the owner's wife after she yelled & screamed at them for not giving her back my car 馃槼 It's the only part of the story that cracks me up, the cops being called, besides the paint (literally cracking), which is just sad after just a year. BTW-鈿狅笍 Spoiler alert: Almost certain they are being sued by other customers & I only know this because of overhearing a conversation & asking which shop. As they are not competent to diagnose or fix electrical repairs, like AIRBAGS, impact sensors, etc, please do NOT trust them to do repairs if an accident causes lights to come on or otherwise involves electrical! I tell everyone I can NOT to go here. :::Updated pics show how my paint looks now. Haven't bothered shelling out my own $$ because cars only driven 2-3 times a wk.

This place is terrible, I went and they gave me a quote and I agreed to have the work done, they told me that in a week they would have work, and after 10 days they sent me a text message saying that the work was going to cost $600 more because they found other details, I understand that this was before starting to work and since I didn't have the money I said no, that I picked up my truck without doing anything to it, to the owner in an arrogant way she told me that they didn't work so if I had already taken the car they had to do the work and charge me what they considered. Finally I showed up at the place to pick up the truck, they had only sanded the place where the damage was and they charged me $500 to be able to take my truck. It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it.

After getting the run around from West KY collision who didnt want to work with my ins (trexis) i stopped by Superior just to see what they thought and to my surprisr I was told I could bring my car back the next day. Kim told me that she had some bad expirence with the ins. Co but assured me that it was not my concern but hers as she would deal with them throuhout the process. My car looks amazing as Kim reported that everything went smooth with Ins. All supplements were honored but im most impressed by the fact that they even detailed my car free of charge so it feels like a new car all the way around!! If you value Customer service... this is your body shop

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I took my car in for a simple alignment. They took an ungodly amount of time, and when the mechanic finally emerged, he didn't even acknowledge my presence, but told the woman as if I weren't standing right there my struts and shocks were rusted out "about to fall off", which was ridiculous and to quote me a $1000 repair job- I just had my car serviced at a VERY professional place a week earlier and my car had no issues of this kind! I drive it off the lot and immediately heard a single clunking noise from the front. Then a few days later both the ABS light and Traction Control lights come on, and I hear more clunking from the front of my car! These people deliberately tampered with my car!!!!! They refused to provide ANY paperwork or ANY receipt! DISHONEST. 100% SCAM. Stay away. Un-professional.

Went to get an alignment done on my car and I was told that my lower control arms were bad. Went to a different shop and they told me and let me look at them and the bushings were new and not worn. Not only did I not get an alignment but also I had to put 2 new tires on my car. They will try to get you to pay for more than what you actually need. I advise not using them for alignments. Also I鈥檝e spoken to a few of their paint and body customers and have learned that the paint work chips and later fades through.
