The services I received from Jaime in order to get my vehicle back on the road were Superior just like the name of the business. He was friendly, compassionate, trustworthy, fair, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fixing my car at an affordable price. I am so thankful for the services I received from Superior Auto Body in Fresno, California!

My experience at Superior Auto was nothing short of excellent. The workers were friendly and professional and the quality of the work that this business produces is absolutely great. I have brought my car here on 2 separate occasions and was highly satisfied both times. They have fixed my alignment, repaired and painted my fender, replaced my hood, bumper, radiator and etc. It is evident that the collision repair man, Jaime, knows the ins and outs of automobiles very well so my car was in good hands. I strongly recommend this auto body shop!!

The tl;dr - The guy running the show here was condescending, seemed a little suspect, and is not afraid to waste your time. From the start it was clear he wasn't listening to me, and painfully obvious later as he repeated what I had already told him as if it were new to me. After telling me that he was going to "educate" me he explained that more expensive paint costs more, adhesion promoters promote adhesion, and that parts should be cleaned, prepped, and primed before painting (and he explained how sandpaper works in case I've been in a comma my entire life). Early on in our "conversation" he instructed me to be honest and then asked: "how much would you be willing to pay for this?" Not how a quote works, red flags... After about 30 minutes he plainly stated that he could not do the job but gave me a list of instructions to tell the next body shop I went to. I was stunned. After talking down to me and wasting my time he was telling me to find someone more skilled than he was and to then tell them how to do their job. Also: no paint booth that I could see, some parts were being painted in the open with a bay door fully up.

Jaime from super auto was amazing!! Super responsible honest and ON TIME. Is very transparent about the work he does and the time frame it takes, will definitely come back and recommend him to anyone I know.

Honest service with competitive pricing! Jaime and Carmen were great at letting me know what to expect with the process. Also, when I started to have problems with my insurance company, they took care of the issues for me.

The owner of this small business is great, he is fair, knows what he is doing and puts in the work he promises I had an odd situation with a hitch receiver on my 2022 Nissan pathfinder, and this man fixed it in under a day, explained to me in full detail what was wrong, what he was going to do and he held to those promises and expectations he set. Honesty and integrity is difficult to find with mechanics, but this business carries both of those values in spades. If I have anything that needs to be done auto body wise. This is my first contact going forward
