★☆☆☆☆ – Unprofessional & Time-Wasting I went to Miramontes Smog, and they failed my car over something completely minor—just a way to get more money out of people. I got it fixed and came back for a retest, but instead of getting it done, they stood around chatting with another customer while I waited. So not only did they waste my money, but they wasted my time too. All this over an extra $20. Save yourself the hassle and take your car somewhere else.

Gentlemen we're very good at their job. Good customer service and when it came down to small talk, we could carry a conversation. Only $50 for my type of car and a very good price. Definitely going back again!

I went today, the guy there didn’t ask any questions and did the smog. He ripped us off from our money. It’s the third time he has ripped us off. If you ever change the battery or get a new transmission, you have to run the car at least 100 miles. We did not know that and the guy never told us about it. The guy saw we had a new battery and he didn’t tell us anything. He just charged us to make money and did not care.
