Wow I figured i would give a second chance by ordering a part( grill cap) wow this guy wanted me to pay $144 dollars for a simple piece of plastic and then told me he was giving me a discount. The piece was. It evening close to $100. But because I had him written up, I was told that would be my price would have to pay. Being I was being sarcastic I asked well would you put it on since I'm paying that much, I was told that was extra. This place is runned by a bunch of con artists and should be investigated and closed down as they are just criminals

From the moment I drove in this morning(1.16.2025), I was greeted with a good morning smile 🌞 😊😁. Wait was pleasant, Cailey, informed me about what was wrong with the vehicle. When done, I asked her to sit in the car while I tried my phone's Bluetooth. Thank you all👍 Jen.

Have tried on 4 separate occasions to contact the service department to speak to a service provider about an issue with my car that should be under warranty. On 3 occasions (over the course of 2 weeks) I was told someone would be calling me back. As of yet I have not received a call back either from the service advisor or from the dealership who I also requested to call me back. Will update this review accordingly if anything in this transaction moves in a more positive direction. As of now I cannot recommend that anyone utilize this Volkswagen location due to the lack of customer service available.

Zero accountability!! Had a scheduled recall repair for my 2018 Atlas. Two hours after dropping my vehicle off I received a phone call notifying me that they did not have the part to do the repairs. Why would you schedule a customer to come in if you do not have the parts to complete the job?! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE PEOPLE TIME!! Of course I attempted to speak with the service dept manager and guess what?!.... "Busy with another customer" I can't continue to bring my car here.

This review is ONLY for the service department, NOT SALES. Sales here is great! As for the service it’s ALWAYS a fiasco here. ZERO STARS! I’ve been trying to figure out why it is that no matter when you make an appointment and they know you’re coming and ASK YOU ON THE PHONE if you’ll be waiting for the car……but yet when you get there the morning of (whether the first car or the last) it’s always a miraculous surprise that you want to wait for your vehicle. Without even looking at your car, they’ll automatically tell you that they need it until at least 5 , and expect you to leave The once promised loan a cars during my original sales pitch are long forgotten while 3 of them are parked on the lot with tumbleweeds rolling by. (Cue cowboy whistling) I’ve had the same gentleman service advisor twice and it was the same problem both times. Then when you display an upset attitude they’ll offer you a ride home/to the train station ….counter productive being that I wouldn’t have my car to get back there. Then they act like nothing happened when you’re upset. This all seems commonplace to them, unfortunately. Lastly, the problem reoccurred the next week and I was back in the SAME situation again . Something isn’t right here and if you’re under warranty just save yourself the headache and go to another dealer
