They charge way too much for vehicles & keep me there for 7 hours, knowing that I lived in Connecticut. I came for a red Toyota Camry, which was gone when I got there by getting dropped off and had no way of getting home but to buy a car. Little did I know that the road at another dealership was the red one I wanted and way way cheaper, so by keeping me there for 7 hours, the other dealership was closed. So paying almost $37,000 out the door for an almost 3 year old Camry plus paying a very high interest rate ( telling me, " You can refinance in a year." Not really, no one would due to the price I owed on the loan exceeded the value of the car by so much that no one would refinance me.) I mean, I heard car salesmen are snakes. I know I should have had more knowledge, but at the time, a car was very much needed . I feel like it was a bait and switch advertising and telling me they did have, and I did let them know ahead of time before I came down that was the car I wanted, and I had no way of getting back that I could get a ride to get down there. They assured me and told me to come on down. ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ NOT A TRUST WORTHY PLACE

Five stars (wish i could give 100) to KEVIN MINAYA in Service and the mechanic who worked on my Prius. Kevin is easily the BEST Service Advisor in that department (I have dealt with several of them). This was a BIG JOB, cost me thousands $$$. He's straight forward and honest (not robotic or salesy). Kevin communicated with me throughout the entire process RESPECTFULLY and in a timely manor (I have been spoken down to before by other advisors as if i have no idea how an engine works, Im assuming bc Im a female - plot twist i know quite a bit). I highly highly highly recommend you request Kevin Minaya when you pull in for your next service appointment, even if only for an oil change. Hope the department does whatever they can to retain him, he's an asset to the business FOR SURE.

We purchased our second vehicle in a month and a half at Sunrise Toyota North; this one was for my mom. She had an incredible and seamless experience with Dean, again, and the entire staff is 5 star!
