Dan at the Augusta location went above and beyond for me today. I was apparently entered as a drop off instead of appointment (new tires, alignment and oil change)and he found out that I was staying in the office until ready. He offered me his office to work in when I told him no problem on the wait because I brought my work computer (I declined, but what a generous offer!). He shuffled things around and had me done in under an hour instead 3-4 hours!!! I have used Sullivan Tire in Several locations over the years and have always had a great experience. However, today was simply outstanding. Dan is exactly the kind of employee I want at my business, and kudos to a business who empowers an employee like Dan to deliver outstanding experiences!

Great communication and great service. I recently purchased a used vehicle and after a couple of days I started to hear a strange clanking sound. Original dealership gave me the run around so I went to Sullivan Tire. They were able to find and fix the problem in under 2 hrs and gave me a reasonable price for the labor. I will definitely be returning. 100% recommendation.

Wonderful customer service, and I feel like I got a decent deal on the tires. But truly the counter folks are really the shining stars. As a female, I didn't feel intimidated nor uncomfortable. They took the time to answer my questions.

**This review contains details of mulitple service dates** Experience # 1 On 9/3/24, I called Sullivan Tire to get new rims for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I wanted to work with them because their location and hours are convenient for me (I work M - F, so being able to pick up on a Saturday is a great help). They said they needed to order the parts, which seems pretty standard. However, later in the day I received a call saying they had made an "executive decision" to expedite the parts to arrive for the weekend. The technician said: "It's only a $XX charge, nothing hateful." ... "Nothing hateful!" I hadn't approved this charge (which wasn't chump change)... I would've happily waited the extra two days for the rims to arrive without paying extra. I was frustrated, but I needed the work done, so I hesitantly didn't insist they send the rims back. I then dropped off my vehicle and picked it up again on Saturday, 9/7/24. In doing so, I noticed my invoice did not have the charge of XX dollars for expedited shipping, and I commented on this. Austin then checked with his colleague who said they "forgot" to include the exra cost. He had me scan my card again to charge me for it. I might have refused, but even at this point, I was thinking I may need to come to them for work down the road, so I didn't rock the boat. Experience # 2 On 1/14/25, I picked up my vehicle after having multiple repairs done, including: -New full rear and front brakes -New tire rod -Steering and suspension adjustment -Alignment When I opened the driver's side door, someone had left crumpled up trash in my seat, along with streaks of adhesive (!) on my inner windshield. I realized they had ripped off (good term for it) my recently-received inspection sticker from another mechanic, and left the old inspection sticker in my seat. I walked in just to ask "why?" I was pretty frustrated and wanted an explanation after I paid so much money. Austin was very professional and walked out with me to see what I was talking about. He was confused as well until he saw that the mechanic had inexplicably placed a new inspection sticker on the lower left-hand part of my windshield, leaving the trash of the old sticker behind. At this point I had two main concerns for myself: 1.) that I had been charged for an inspection I didn't need and didn't ask for (thankfully, there was no charge) and 2.) that someone ought to clean up their trash and the resideue they'd left on my windshield. To Austin's credit, he apologized and cleaned things up for me, which I did appreciate. Experience #3 Only a few days after Experience #2, I noticed a continued grinding noise in the rear of my car. I've gone into a lot of detail on this review already, so I'm going to summarize some main points here: -When I took my vehicle back in to see why there was STILL a noise, they found several "new" issues with my vehicle, and wanted to charge me another exorbiant amount of money to fix these issues. They said that these new issues (struts, sway bar and alignment) wouldn't have been caught in the previous for inspection-- which again, I didn't even ask for-- because it's not something that is required to pass inspection. However, they said they'd comp the cost of a new alignment because they had just done this sevice for me. I called another mechanic who agreed to do the same exact service for an almost a 40% price reduction. Wow! Needless to say, I haven't returned to Sullivan Tire. Oh, and what WAS that strange noise I heard after Sullivan Tire "fixed" my brakes, you might ask? They forgot to put on the calipers!! Now, I don't know that much about cars, but I know this is a pretty BASIC thing to do when you fix brakes... and without these, some serious damage can occur on your wheels. To be absolutely clear, Sullivan Tire are the only ones who worked on my brakes. Miracuolously, the only damage that occured from what I can tell is to Sullivan Tire's reputation. -James Brush Former Sullivan Tire customer
