Service Manager James is extremely disrespectful. Spoke to me with pure ignorance. His first sentence was him making an accusation that I was trying to "scam my warranty" because I asked them to look over my motor before the warranty ended. Any question I had he answered with, "I'm not trying to argue with you." I spoke calmly and repeatedly explained that I was just trying to understand their said, "diagnosis." If I could give him 0 stars I would.

They damaged my wheel while changing my tire. Brought the truck back to show them and the service manager James Lafountain called me a liar and said I was trying to scam them for a 350 dollar wheel. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have had my truck serviced here a number of times and it always turns out great. Their prices are also really competitive including when comparing to chain or independent shops. At their prices, and the backing of the work, there really is no point going to other shops.
