There is no way to give zero stars.I been there two times a weeks,3 weeks nonstop, he doesn't even remember ,that I was there the last day.He is looking for my window,eventually we find it unrepaired.I am so sorry for him.This man has complete dementia, he shouldn't handle glasses and machines.I don't understand how his family don't close the shop.I can tell that he was a nice man,but now I am getting very pissed,I am going to find someone else,and get my frame.

This man is never there during his business hours. No one else works in the shop. I’ve left notes on his door to call me about the frame I dropped off, which he didn’t. After two weeks, I still don’t have my frame back and have not been able to reach him. Go someplace else to avoid my frustrations.

If you are looking for an old school glazier then this is the place. I have used them for years from cutting glass to go on tables, with the nice beveled edge to most recently replacing the double pane glass and gasket in an ancient Certainteed window that broke. Yes they do only use cash but they are also as inexpensive (not cheap) as it gets. Quality workmanship and quality products.

Drop off a glass to be and duplicate ok be ready tomorrow. Second trip machine is broke came back two days later lost the glass. Ok came back with the measurements and then he went off. Said he wasn’t going to do it. I ask him to cut the glass he lost he said NO. Then he gave me $15.00 and I went some where else. I would be careful cause he can’t remember a dam thing.
