I came to this dealership and the service department from a different Subaru dealer, even though it’s further away From my house under the recommendation of Subaru North America. I went to Subaru world of Newton. I am so grateful that I did! There is nothing false here—- they will not tell you you need this and you need that when you really don’t like my other dealership would. It is amazing to me That dealers can be so different. I do appreciate the honesty and the congenial service from everyone there. Vivian is incredible. I will be making my appointments to go to Subaru world of Newton from now on. only wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. This is important from an older woman bringing her car in alone. I wish Subaru all the best and I’m glad I found you.!!

I couldn't be happier with the service department at Subaru of Newton! Not only were they able to repair my Outback quickly, but Corey worked with me to achieve a fair price for the repairs, and even replaced my battered key fob at no cost to me! Corey is professional, friendly, and just a gem to deal with. Hey Subaru, you've got a great employee there.. make sure you hang onto him and GIVE THAT BOY A RAISE! I will be back for future service and you can thank Corey for that. A+

I purchased my car from this dealership 8 years ago, and I have most of my maintenance taken care of at their service department. Over the past 8 years, I've had good experiences with the Service Department staff and auto technicians. The appointments are easy to schedule online or by phone. The check in process is easy and quick. They try not to keep you longer than necessary, and they will explain, in detail, any issues of concern. I would recommend this establishment to my friends.

Robert is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain every aspect of the 30,000 mi. service requirements for my Subaru. Robert was clear, precise and willing to answer any questions I had. I got to the dealership a bit early and he was able to start the servicing earlier than scheduled. I really appreciated his consideration and thoughtfulness. Robert was friendly and positive, his attitude made the whole process enjoyable and go smoothly.

Had an appointment for an Oil change and rotation...pulled up to valet was greeted professional got checked in and parked! Went to service counter and was again treated very nicely and welcoming. Within 10 minutes my car was being worked on. I received a text message stating so and to reply with any questions from that point on, which I thought was very tech savvy! I want to say 45/60 minutes later I was told everything was completed with no additional services needed. I was extremely impressed on how Newton Subaru hit every single aspect. From valet to check out it was flawless and professional. I really do feel very confident and trust Newton Subaru in servicing my vehicle for the remainder of me owning it. You guys nailed it👍🏼👌🏼👏
