Evan provided exceptional service while replacing my Prius battery, going above and beyond where other locations refused to help. His professionalism and genuine care turned a potentially stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager, who openly complained about how busy he was and criticized Evan for doing the job. It's disappointing to hear such negativity from someone expected to lead by example, but I’m grateful Evan’s outstanding customer service skills more than made up for it.

Back in March I bought windshield wipers between $45-$50, then i was told i can pay $7 extra for a new pair in the future, of the same brand. So i bought wipers for both my cars a honda and toyota. My honda was in an accident and was totalled, i went in today 1/18 at around 2:30pm, i explained to Jeff the situation and showed pics of my totalled car. I wanted to put the replacement wipers (that i paid $7 for in March) on my new car. He told me i had to return the original wipers, despite my car being totalled, i needed to bring them and even then Jeff would not honor my new car as the wipers have to match the same vehicle as they were orginally purchased. So i asked Jeff, is there a way i can use the $7 and put it towards a new pair of wipers that i would buy and he said no, there is nothing that he can do, so not only did i lose my wipers but also lost all my money that i spent to but a second pair. Advanced Auto is a rip off, a pure scam for your money.

Usually fairly busy with a line of customers but it moves quick. Try ordering your parts online so they are ready when you get there. You can usually find discount codes for like 20% off on those coupon websites.
