Called from Dingmans Ferry, PA looking for an outer wheel bearing, seal, and race for a 2010 F250 SD XL 5.4 2wd automatic transmission. The person on the other end of the phone from Lakeland confirmed the parts where in house. I sent a driver 1.5 hours and 62 miles round trip to be handed the wrong parts at the pickup counter. First and only time we'll be using Lakeland Auto Parts. A waste of my time, my customers time, fuel, and labor. Maybe confirm the parts are there.....
