I SWEAR TO GOD ON MY LIFE, THIS facility had my car sitting for 3MONTHS! Sep. 6th of 2023 my car was towed to this location. my car sat for 3 weeks WITH PEDROS Permission. September 7th, 2023 pedro told me it would be $900 to get my car running again. SEPT. 26TH 2023 I PAID PEDRO $927( additional Fees for credit card charges) at that time he incorrectly stated what was wrong on the car 3 MONTHS my car sat. EVERDAY I would walk to him and he would send me right back EVERYTIME! AFTER 3 MONTHS NOV. 3rd I FINALLY GT my car back , IT BROKE DWN 10MINS After leaving the location, Pedro offered to come and tow the car BACK to his facility, VERY respectfully I DECLINED. I call the NorristownpoliDepar. just to figure out what to do, EVENTUALLY I spoke w/ 2 lawyers. Craig Fox & Thomas Walter in Norristown PA. I told them 1. he DID NOT FIX what was wrong w/ veh. 2. I paid 927 UPRONT in FULL for services not received. 3. there was ADDITIONAL damages to the car upon picking it up. Both lawyers stated I had a case Both lawyers were willing to REPRESENT MY CIVIL CASE, My only draw back,,,, I am a single mom and was 6 Months PREGNANT AT THE TIME ,,, PEDRO KNEW I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER AND TOOK ADVANTGE TO THIS FACT( I DO FEEL RACIALLY MOTIVATED AS WELL; I WOULD CONSTANTLY SEE OTHER VEH. BEING CARED TO ALL THE TIME WHILE WATCHING MY VEHICLE SIT AND WAIT),,, SLOW WAIT TIMES, DELAYS, NOT PROPERLY ATTENDING TO THE VEH., NOT RESPONDING End Result, filed complaint w/ BBB back in 2023,... This place TRULY HAUNTS me , I JUST hope I CAN SAVE AT LEAST 1 PERSON W/ MY STORY. IT TOOK ME 1 YEAR IN 2024 TO FINALLY SAY SOMETHING BECUS TRUTHFULLY THIS PLACE HAS LEFT ME DAMAGED, SCARRED AND SCARED TO TRUST MECHANICS. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL FACILITY.

I call this company this morning on pricing for front brakes and front rotors. The man that answer was nice gave me a price, I did advise him I wasn’t sure if I needed rotors which I’m sure I don’t however I just wanted him to know and what his thoughts where. He advised me to buy rotors as well just in case…. I get to auto zone grab the brakes! Aut zone advise me that I needed to find out what size piston my truck takes because they have 3 different ones. I drive to the man’s shop, go inside and inform him on what auto zone said. I ask if he would be able to take off my tire to tell me. He said he doesn’t do double work. Not exactly sure what double work is when I know I would have to pay for him to take off the tire and look. Then I said well let me call the dealership see if they can tell me then he says “yes that is what you should do and to be honest I don’t want to do your truck. So go take it to the dealership.” It shocked me because he said bring it here and drop it off that it would be ready by 10am which I knew would be longer because I still needed to buy brakes and rotors… I’ve been coming to here since the guy Will was here. This is my first time coming since he left. Figured the service was fast and good, never had a problem so I’ll go back to what I know. Well needless to say todays experience was a waste of time and very unpleasant I will never come back.

The owner is very unprofessional and lacks respect when speaking to customers especially women. He has one mechanic who doesn't speak English and is backed up on repairs. My car was taken to his business to have a bracket for a rear shock removed and once worked on it was discovered a new swindle was needed in which the owner stated he could do and wld order the part and have completed by Tuesday (which was false) claimed awaiting for new swindle as a used one aasnt found. Wednesday he stated new part was $400 and was unable to find new part. Bc of the commotion after speaking to him and going to the shop to discover the tire compartment had been removed along with the rear brake shaft. All was needed was the swindle so he assured it wld be completed by Friday evening but when called no answer. Called Saturday and the owner arrogantly stated he ddnt call anyone to say it was completed yet and stated he didnt speak with me and hung. Bad for business!!!!
