Stress-Free Auto Care / Neighborhood Car Care

When my car overheated while driving on the freeway on a Saturday afternoon, I was able to get it over the friendly team at Stress Free, and they had diagnosed and fixed the problem within 48 hours, for a reasonable price. I received detailed reports and explanations along the way, and they were accommodating of my schedule for picking up the vehicle. I was very happy with my experience at Stress Free, and would return if I needed auto care in the area again!

I was recommended by a family member and am very pleased with the oil change service on my car. The online appointment was so easy to schedule and they were all ready to help me as soon as I arrived. The waiting area was pleasant and my car was ready 30 minutes sooner than expected. When needed, I will return to Stress-Free Auto Care. Thanks guys!!

I have been going to this establishment since they were “Neighborhood Car Care” but even after their transition to “Stress Free Auto Care” I feel they have still maintained the family owned feel and also the fairness and transparency with the work and pricing. I feel that the price I pay is fair and easily understandable and that the work they do is good. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or do things my car doesn’t need. They are reliable and very helpful and I appreciate having them nearby.

The shop is clean, professional and very knowledgeable and efficient. My brakes began squeaking unexpectedly and I found myself in the difficult position of a big and critical repair at an inconvenient time budget-wise. I was offered interest free financing for 90-days as well as a credit of the inspection fee to future repair within 30 days. I really appreciated the friendliness, professionalism and care shown by Grant and Jack. The shop really went the extra mile to address my needs.
