Chavez Automotive Repair

I dread taking my car to any automotive repair shop because you know most places would take advantage of female customers. This repair shop is HONEST and Fidel Chavez was straightforward with what I needed fixed. I brought my vehicle so he could access the situation. The exterior side mirrors were broken and the entire housing unit needed to be replaced. He quoted a price and temporarily placed silver duct tape to prevent the mirrors from swiveling while driving. Fidel ordered the parts on Saturday, and the parts arrived on Monday. I sat in the clean lobby where coffee was available. The side mirrors are good and new. The quality of work is excellent and his customer service is exemplary. My car and I thank you. I’ll drive 25 miles any day for your fantastic service.

Always took my car to the dealership for repair, recently lost trust and looked for another option. A coworker recommended Chavez Automotive Repair. Fidel is very friendly and explains in a way that is easy to understand. Look forward to bringing my car and my wife’s for any repairs moving forward.

After being recommended to Chavez Automotive Repair by a friend. I have had nothing but great experiences at the shop. I've never had to wait long for an appointment, and my car is always returned promptly. The costs are fair and the work has always surpassed expectations. Fidel is a competent, friendly mechanic who just gets the job done right. My car has never run better and I will never bring it anywhere else.

Fidel was awesome - got a questionable recommendation based on a 'visual' inspection from Toyota of HB to replace a component based on 'leaking fluid'. Fidel had my car up on a rack, inspected it again (it was dry with no evidence of leakage) and road tested it, finding no issues. Fantastic, quick service - and another reminder that dealer shop recommendations should always drive a second, trusted opinion.
