Attendants were polite and made me an appointment for only 30min after I called. They were very communicative. Turns out nothing was wrong with my car. The attendants gave me a 50% discount, this review would have been 5 stars if they had met me walk away for free. All together good experience and would recommend!

I was in the area when my low tire pressure light came on, so I dropped by without an appointment to see if they could help. They immediately checked out my car, filled the tires & reset the warning light, free of charge. The man helping me was incredibly kind too. Really wonderful service, TY!

Update to my review about a year later: there is a new customer service representative here now, and Stephanie was a not a great communicator on my first impression. I booked my appointment online and chose drop off at 10am and pick up at 3pm. When I called to confirm, Stephanie said some mechanics called out today so she couldn't promise a 3pm pick up but that my car could be picked up today, which is understandable. I expressed needing my car to not be too late in getting back to me (and was considering coming on another day), as I needed to be somewhere later this afternoon, so she said she'd try to expedite it. However when I got there, she expressed that I wouldn't be getting the full service check that included brake/rotator/etc check but that my price would be the same cost as a full check. I told her that I wouldn't want that, as it sounded to me like I was paying the same price for fewer services and asked her if I understood correctly. She confirmed that she hadn't misspoken and looked visibly put off when I said I wanted the full service and could have walk somewhere wait until 3 or so for pickup. She opened the window from the office to the garage to let her mechanic know that I wanted the full service, and some (what seemed to me) terse glances and vague phrases were exchanged while I was there. I didn't feel comfortable with the services I would receive, and when I went to pick up my car, despite the digital inspection that was emailed to me showing a dirty air filter, she didn't mention anything about replacing it and stated that my invoice would come via email. My car ended up being done ~3 hours early after all. When I got there, Stephanie did not review what was done with my car, and instead told me that the invoice would be sent to my email address. I didn’t see my car out front so even had to ask where it was when she handed me my keys. Unsure if I will return - only reason for doing so would be the proximity to where I work; the last time I was here was over a year ago with my prior car and the person helping me at that time - a very friendly and helpful gentleman - provided a much better customer service experience.

The service went fine. I got an oil change. Paid about 180 dollars for the service. The price is very high, though that's not the reason for my rating. The main issue and reason for my review though is the amount of spam that you get after coming here. From texts asking for reviews. Multiple times. To emails to try and get follow up business. I understand marketing but there is a limit to the amount that I could accept and unfortunately, this lands in the unacceptable category. Do not recommend if you want in and out service and to go on with your life afterwards. Expect relentless follow up.

Despite noting on my service order in advance that 2 of my tires had air leaks, they were not inspected for this. Upon receiving the inspection report, I was hoping to have additional work done on my car that day. I called 2 times, left messages, and it wasn't until 3 hrs later that I received a callback, which at that time it was too late to perform any additional services as the shop was closing soon. Unlike the inspection report via email, the report received via text did not break down the health report status of my vehicle (ie Requires Urgent Attention, Requires Future Attention, etc). I really wish they did this. Otherwise, it's very easy to schedule appointments, pricing is fair and transparent. And Stephanie is amazing and provides excellent customer service!

Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Easy to make an appointment, friendly and courteous service, got it done in less than 90 minutes. I walked to a nearby cafe and worked and got a text when it was done. Great value too- used a coupon that I got via text and got a free inspection to boot. No aggressive selling of additional services though. Would use again!

Manager Stephanie at Stress-Free Menlo Park went way above the call of duty in sourcing hard-to-find parts for a 1989 Acura Integra. They were in the shop by the end of the day, and my car was ready to go by noon the next day. We sold the car THAT afternoon. Go see Stephanie and tell her Steve sent you!

Easy from start to finish...they asked pertinent questions, and were very patient. I like the note from after the inspection as it lets you know the level of importance of what needs to be done, and show photographs of the parts of the car. They have constant delivery of parts, so you're out of there within a reasonable amount of time. They're not pushy, and seemed to do a fine job. Going back next time!

I went in to have one of my tires patched because there was a large nail in one of my tires. I kindly asked that they check all my tires while I was there. They told me to come back in an hour and a half when their techs came back from lunch. So I left and came back, and I still had to wait about an hour for the repair. They didn't charge me anything, and I thought that was very nice of them... until 3 days later, I realized they left the nail in my tire and had not done anything other than adjusted my tire pressure.
