Understaffed which leads to many problems. Thankful for the staff who are trying to make it better but some are rude and don't explain much and cause confusion. How long a car will take to be fixed, one saying it will be ready today then you find out (from having to keep calling for a pick up time) your parts are not even in yet. I avoid using the service dept even though I bought my car from there. Recently I had to go there due to a recall. Every time I've brought my car in for service there's been a problem, when I complain they say oh that mechanic is no longer working here. Ive heard that everytime.

Fernando was amazing to my needs and got the brakes completed in my SUV in a quick and efficient manner. He also recognized a recall that needed to be completed, communicated during the whole process until the car was ready. I am extremely satisfied with Stevens Ford and their service department.

Took my truck in 6 weeks ago…I kept calling and calling . Was given the run around. Lied to every day. After practically blowing my top, they took my truck to Lee Miles for a new transmission! Are you kidding me? Still do not have my vehicle! Now, 7 weeks and counting. Worst service department ever! I will be going to corporate and beyond to file a formal complaint and investigation with Ford regarding this dealership. Do not take your truck there for servicing … you’ve been warned.
