My wife just picked up her SUV, we had the drivers door repainted and she said it looked like it was brand new, and wow was I relieved! This shop is amazing, Stan is a man of his word and the price was 1 third of every other shop! I very highly recommend Steeves! Thank you for the great job! Go to a different shop and get a quote for entertainment, I guarantee you'll be more than happy with the work and price! The was a rust bubble opening on the bottom and it looks amazing.

I have selected Steve’s Auto because of good internet ratings. I got reasonable quote for repair and I was told the job will be done in little bit over a week. Finally the repair took over 4 weeks (May 24th-June 21st) but this is not an issue. Repair quality is what it’s about for me not acceptable. 1. The new color and the old colors don’t match. Newly painted parts are several shades lighter than old paint. 2. Steve’s Auto specializes in paintless dent removal but somehow it didn’t work well on my car and fixed dents looks like repaired by an amateur. 3. Rear door had white drips very difficult to remove (scraping using razor and polishing). 4. Windshield is not installed centrally (!?!). On driver side is ¼ inch gap, on a passenger side there is no gap. 5. Dashboard surface are damaged by glue or paint thinner. 6. The hood paint has some not fixable discoloration. 7. The clean-up and detailing after repair was done slapdash: a lot of white, powdery dust and residue, gummy residue on the paint surface, over-sprayed surfaces cleaned by paint thinner so damaged clear coat surface required polishing. I'm very disappointed because I was expecting quality and professional repair not a cheap job done carelessly (I will try to add pictures).

Great place to have mechanical work done at a fraction of the price of new car dealership. Had a friend recommended this place after dealer quoted me outrageous price for a basic repair. Been going there for years with nothing but good experiences. If you’re near Schaumburg I highly recommend this place.

Bad place to do your body work. They use cheap aftermarket parts that don't fit well and they don't believe in using all the clips or screws. Had to go back again and again to get it fixed. Bumper was loose and while driving hood opened and many other smaller issues. Had to take the car to different shop to get it fixed so it is safe to drive. I will never use their services again and you shouldn't too!
