Absolutely the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I paid $3,000 to replace the convertible top on my car. Day one, I noticed a 5-inch split near the rear window. After weeks of back-and-forth, I prepaid for a liner I thought was already included—but it never got installed. What followed was four months of delays, excuses, and over 50 phone calls. Every time, it was something new: “part didn’t arrive,” “something else broke” “should be done next week.” Then they just stopped answering—disconnected the phone. I had to show up with a spare key just to retrieve my car. Absolutely nothing was fixed. All the repair updates were lies. On top of it all, someone hit the front quarter panel while it was sitting in their shop, causing more damage. Now I’m dealing with an insurance claim just to fix that. I’m out nearly $4,000, still need a new top, and now need body work too. Avoid Richie and this place at all costs. Whatever this shop used to be, it’s now a complete disaster—if not an outright scam.

Richie did a fantastic job on my 2018 convertible top. My mustang convertible top was damaged along with the header bow. I received an accurate quote and he was able to replace the top along with the header with OEM parts. He communicated and gave me updates while the car was in the shop. He values his work and treats the cars like his own. It’s a skilled craft and he does it at high quality standards. I will be returning to Bella for all of my upholstery needs.

Got a custom seat for my bike and I couldn’t be happier with it! Turns heads everywhere I go and is so comfortable! These guys are top notch and I would recommend them for everything you need.

After reading google reviews I decided to try these guys out - highly recommend! Richie was a pleasure to work with and great at communicating. The shop did a fantastic job replacing the convertible top on my S2000. On the day of my scheduled pickup, the tech who was installing my soft top had to leave early for family reasons. Richie went out of his way to stay past closing and finish the job so that I could drop the car off to another shop in time for my scheduled appointment. Highly professional and would not hesitate to bring your car to these guys. When I picked up the car, Richie showed me some of the interior projects they were working on and they look amazing. I’ll be coming back to get a headliner made for my hardtop once it’s back from the body shop. Thanks again Richie!

Richie is very professional and good with his work! I didn’t expect for the leather to look This nice!! in my car but they did a fantastic job! Will go back if I ever need anything done with my cars in the future
