His rental cars are not safe for customers to use and will NOT take responsibility for both his own actions and that of the cars in which he lends to people. He said it would take two weeks for my friend to get his car back. Steindl stated that the parts he order weren't in yet (mind you this is after two weeks..) and that he needed roughly another week and a half to finish said car. During this time, the rental he had my friend use, the tire was wobbling and wonky, making a LOT of noise.. later to find, at 3am, that the front right tire of this Navy Blue Volkswagen Passat had completely detached. Lug nuts NOWHERE to be found. My friend tried calling Steindl's towing company with absolutely no luck. Having reached Adam's Towing and having towed Steindl's rental back to his house, my friend had to pay $70 out of pocket and Steindl WILL NOT refund him his money, stating it was his (my friends') fault and that there is nothing he can do about it. I am very VERY displeased.
