Husband made appointment to test drive a certain vehicle. Drove almost 2 1/2 hours. We get there and Noa, the sales person, tells us it sold the night before. So we go in and he starts doing paperwork. He says he has 3 more there. Makes a copy of my husbands driver's license so we could still do a test drive. He keeps asking if we're trading anything in and we told him we were there for a test drive and IF we decided to buy, we were undecided if we would trade in or just keep our other vehicle. At this point we are over 20 minutes of sitting there waiting to test drive tge vehicle. Noa kept getting up and going to different rooms or offices. We finally had enough and got up to go outside to find the vehicles. From what we could see of the area, there was none of the vehicle that we requested. He came out and tried to get us to wait more. He just had to ask the manager to okay the deal? We told him we made an appointment, you didn't have the car and all we wanted was a test drive. It should not have taken nearly 30 minutes to figure out if we were going to be able to test drive a vehicle. So we left. Very, very disappointed in the dealership and in Noa.

Just make sure if you a close a deal at the and of a business day you have the key to your vehicle before they leave lol Ian was kind enough to go all the way to walmart from whoever him and his family was to get the key from nate. But overall awesome guys and dealership!

I rolled in on the Saturday before labor day without an appointment for service. They were so very friendly, accommodating, stayed late and the bill was way less than I thought. A+ Dealership of old. There are not many like this anymore and if you live anywhere near here, I'd buy and service here.
