Steven is best parts man around town great guy good place

At 430 after driving an hr to spruce pine napa got told by guy at counter he couldn't look up parts for me, he was just a delivery guy. And I'd have to come back in the morning even thought they were open for the next 30 mins to an hour. So instead of driving back. I ordered my 6 sets of semitruck shoes and drums at fleetpride. 1600$ I guess they don't need and it would've been more coming from napa. But my business ain't important for them to atleast try... I had the old part so we could visibly match them up... but I was told steven was not their so... evidently without Steven if u don't see it on the shelf no one can look up parts for me... but he sure helped the person after me that was looking for parts.... theirs many reasons why I don't like napa. This event and their 100% markup which is b*****it. Since their the only parts store around instead of taking care of the customers that almost have to go there...they bringing it dry with no Vaseline

Great folks to do business with. Friendly, knowledgeable counter people. Wayne has probably forgotten more about cars than most know, Stephen is doing his absolute best to know what the customer needs to get back up and going at least on the heavy duty truck side. The others are good people. I just haven't known them as long. This is our go-to local parts house, and most of the time, they keep something that you can get by with at least til the correct part comes in.
