Had a GM Certified Pre-owned oil change and tire rotation done. First time using Spitzer. Staff were all very accommodating and professional. Only complaint was waiting 2 hours to have the service completed.

Allowed to make online appointment for 7AM. When arrived, was told service department does not open until 7:30 and had to wait outside in car despite people already inside. After received car was not informed of car status. The service representative was pushing me to cashier and avoiding questions. When got to car realized did not do work that had asked (did not wash car after service rep asked me three times if I wanted it done). So I went back in to ask why oil was not changed. The service rep informed me that the 40,000 mile service that costs $650 does not include an oil change. Come back in 3,000 miles when your oil change is due. I was coming in for a 40,000 mile service and they wouldn’t change oil because I was at 37,000 miles. This is the second time I went here. Needed spark plugs changed due to car misfiring. Spitzer only changed ONE spark plug. As per manual you are to change all spark plugs when this happens on a 2018 Cruze. Car started behaving same way a few weeks later and had to take it back in. Took it to a different dealership and they changed all the spark plugs. I haven’t had an issue since. I will never return to Spitzer and will never recommend Spitzer due to the incompetence shown of the employees at the service department.

From setting appointment to great service to paying my bill, it was a great experience. Getting my car serviced is a pain but Spitzer makes it easy. Thank you, guys.

Michelle Yant was my service member and provided for all my needs and questions. I have been getting my tire rotations and oil changes, and any other minor work done there since 2012, and mostly excellent service over those years. An occasional blip in service is understandable, but they have always worked well to make any mistakes or errors right. Easy to work with people! Ray F.
