Clutch issues with my 370z. They diagnosed the issue and gave me options. Replace just the hydraulics or do the clutch as well while torn apart. Choose both and an very happy with the results. Good work at a fair price. Would recommend.

I had my Tacoma taken in for a transmission service last week. The service was prompt and professional, and I was not pressured into any unnecessary additional services. The experience was excellent, and my truck now drives as smoothly as when I first bought it. I highly recommend this service center and give it a 5-star rating.

Took my Tacoma to the Toyota dealership in North Canton because of a shutter on acceleration. They had their master technician look at it and said I needed a new transmission. They gave me an estimate of 7700 dollars. I took it to Jim and sons for a second opinion. Wayne suggested a transmission service. It fixed the problem and saved me 7500 dollars. Big thanks to Wayne and the whole staff , very friendly and helpful.

Car seems to be doing great after about 675 miles, and they even notified me of an unrelated issue (valve cover gaskets) that is now getting fixed. Definitely a good shop, and trustworthy. I’ll be going back to have the transmission fluid replaced when the time comes.

I am in receipt of an experience with Jim & Sons Transmission Specialist, and I am beyond grateful for their service! When initially contacting them they were pleasant and professional. My vehicle was assessed immediately and they throughly explained the diagnosis and cost. The personnel were kind and supportive and they made me feel valued. The repairs were completed in an impressively timely manner, and I was able to continue with my travel plans safely. Truly this was the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair company. They were awesome! Excellent customer service and they let me know everything that was going on with my car the whole time. They fixed a problem that another transmission shop failed at, and serviced the transmission too... all for a fair price. I will be returning for future repairs if needed.

I took my car here after finding out there was something wrong with my transmission. Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics were very nice and personable! They gave me a fair price and had my car done the same day. The mechanic who worked on my car, went above and beyond and I could never be able to say thank you enough! I wont take my car anywhere else ever again!

The employees are very polite and honest. What was thought to be a transmission issue turned out to be the upper transmission mount/bracket being busted. I went ahead and had additional preventive maintenance done to the transmission as well. My car is super quiet, now that the bracket isn't rattlingThe north Canton location is a nice and clean looking facility.
